Every married person would want to have a child ,especially offspring were healthy and normal to be able to continuegenerations of his family . A mother always wants to getnormal descent , not lacking anything. The desirefair and humane . However , should the desire be coupledwith real effort .

The birth of a normal healthy child and of course very closelyrelation to the condition of his mother . A pregnant mothershould be very concerned about the condition of the fetus so that the nutritional adequacywhich were also contains nutrient levels are met .

It should be understood that a mother who is pregnant , not only mustmeet nutritional needs for himself alone but for the babythe middle contains too .

The condition can be caused by malnutrition during a famine , diettight , and the living conditions of deprivation . Conditions malnutritionduring pregnancy , for example , as happened in the Netherlandsin the mid 1944 's.

At that time , can be regarded as heavy periods wherebabies were born on average experienced less weight ,head circumference , body length , and placental weight smallercompared with babies while in the womb are metnutrition.

If you or your family there who are pregnant should reallynutritional adequacy note that not having a babyless / not normal .

Conditions of pregnant women are especially vulnerable because closely related toany physiological changes that ultimately result inincrease in the volume of red blood cells and fluids in the body , as well asthe decline in micro nutrients .

For example , when a pregnant woman is deficient intake of zinc ( zinc ) ,it will result in the disturbance of bone growth .

Then , folic acid deficiency during pregnancy will causedisruption of brain development since fetal life .

Folic acid deficiency in pregnant women causes stem cells or primary tissue cells have a tendency to divide more slowly

compared to the fetus in pregnant women with enough folic acid .Therefore , the primary tissue cells required to formbrain tissue will be reduced accordingly. In addition, the cellswill die sooner than they should .

Pointed out that babies born prematurely is nothing to do withnutritional deficiencies in the mother even though it is not medicallyknown for certain causes.

However , in tests conducted on animals , concluded thatthere is a very strong correlation between preterm birth withmaternal nutritional deficiencies .

In normal pregnancy where nutrients met bythe mother , the fetus itself that will determine when he will proceedto be born . Hence the nutritional adequacy must be doneahead of time before you become pregnant .

Instead, when planning a pregnancy , you should already satisfy all the nutritional needs so that no cases of nutritional deficiency and fatal to the fetus .

It's not easy to meet the nutritional needs of pregnant women ,especially those from the middle and lower economic classes .For example , let to buy special milk pregnant women , to eatday-to- day just is not enough .

Hence , the issue of maternal nutrition should involve governmentto give more attention to them , the economicallyUnder the medium deprived of his life .

The pregnant women who are poor should be subsidized directlyor indirect nature in order to lighten their loadcan give birth to a healthy and normal baby . Are not they the babywas born a generation who should be keptand attention .

  1. I had my TL a little more than a year ago when my third child was born via c-section. I was not told ANYTHING about the possible side effects of having this proceedure. Since then I have experienced heavy bleeding lasting sometimes 3 weeks out of the month, weight gain, severe mood swings. Severe cramping, changes to my libido, severe depression accompanied by suicidal thoughts, headaches, migraines, many new symptoms & older issues are now exacerbated. The father of two of my children doesn't want me anymore. I've become too much of a pain in the ass I guess. We don't talk. We don't sleep in the same bed. I think he might really think I am crazy... & maybe I am. I feel crazy a lot of the time.
I'm unpredictable. I feel so angry about the whole thing & now what was once a mild fear of doctors has exploded into full on white coat syndrome that causes me to have a panic attack/hypertensive emergency (severe increase in blood pressure) whenever I have to deal with them. I'm not sure what to do... I fear the next time I have to see a doctor I'll have a stroke or a heart attack from the stress & anxiety of it... what do I do? I take my time and keep searching on internet looking for natural healing that how I came across Dr Itua herbal center website and I was so excited when Dr Itua told me to calm down that he will help me with his natural remedy I put my hope on him so I purchase his herbal medicines which was shipped to my address I used it as prescribed guess what?
